Chef Ed Winebarger was born and raised in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Western North Carolina. He trained at the Johnson and Wales University, School of Culinary Arts, in Charleston, SC.
Chef Winebarger has over 25 years experience in the Boone, North Carolina food service industry, offering his Custom Catering Services to Blowing Rock, Banner Elk and Boone NC. He is classically trained in Appalachian, low country, and ethnic cuisines.
